Reflecting on your year is a powerful mindfulness practice that fosters resilience, clarity, and purpose. As you celebrate your accomplishments and identify challenges from the year, having a reflective perspective will help clarify what matters to you, and identify the activities, habits, and people that led to not only meeting your goals, but an overall sense of meaning and well-being. Personally, I find it rewarding to pause, savor and digest what I’m inspired by and most grateful for over my past year’s experiences before identifying what I intend to achieve and make real for my next year!
