ABOUT JILLIAN

Hi! I’m Jillian. I work with people to clarify what they want and identify the skills and steps needed for personal and professional transformation. I use resources and curriculum founded on developmental, cognitive behavioral, and positive psychologies, neuroscience research, attachment and systems theory, and more! When needed I include things like personality style assessments, couple’s assessments and models of conflict resolution in relationships to general understanding of human development (why you are the way you are)!

All these tools allow us a huge range of possibility for the best coaching plan for you. Our first meeting will leave you hopeful, with a vision of where you are going and the start of a plan to get you there!

  • Clients will often see results in 2-3 sessions, but for lasting change, I recommend at least a 12-session package start. We will meet every week or every other week to start, and then transition to bi-monthly or monthly sessions. Sessions are usually 50 minutes, but 30-minute half sessions are also available and can be potent and efficient. Our schedule will depend on how much time you need to integrate your learning into your life.

  • My background includes the study of the popular Imago, Attachment and Emotion-focused therapies, and I’ve worked for over 20 years with an organization that coaches couples with an assignment-based program designed to build resilience and intimacy. I am a facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich program which include a research-based assessment that provides feedback as to your strengths and growth areas as a couple.

  • The best thing is to set up a 20 min Discovery call so you can let me know what you’re looking for from coaching and ask me anything you’d like. We can assess our “chemistry”, and if I’m not a fit for you, I’m happy to provide other recommendations or resources for you.

After our initial call, I’ll send you my coaching contract and intake form and we can schedule our first session.

If you are a returning client back to work toward a new result in your life, or you know you’d like to work with me, schedule a full session through my calendar link.
